RESIDENCE FORMULA

WEEKLY RATES TAXES INCLUDED - VERY AFFORDABLE FOR FAMILIES

The residence is set about 200 metres from the sea with private and equipped beach. The two-rooms apartment are equipped with air conditioning unit, kithchenette, bathroom with shower cubicle, television, swimming pool and outdoor parking.

STAY: Weekly arrivals on SATURDAY at 5,00 p.m. departure on SATURDAY at 10,00 a.m

SERVICE CARD: Is obligatory to be paid on site € 35,00 per persona – Free from 0 to 5 years;

SERVICE CARD INCLUDES: beach service (1 beach umbrella + 1 deck chairs + 1 sunbed) for each housing unit
Television – Air conditioning - Swimming pool - outdoor parking - entertainment guests

SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICE WITH FEE - Laundry service on demand (day to be determined)

TRANSFER SERVICE FROM AND TO DIFFERENT DESTINATIONS: price to be determined per route;

Bath linen extra change: € 5,00 for each change per person;

Bed linen extra change: € 10,00 for double bed - € 8,00 for single bed (for each change)

OBLIGATORY CLEANING OF THE TWO ROOM APARTMENT: € 30,00

RESERVATIONS: The bookings will be considered regular and confirmed when we receive a 30% down payment for all the amount of the entire stay.

PLEASE NOTE: If you to stop your stay, your down payment will not be refunded - Pets are allowed (small size). (Obligatory cleaning + disinfestation of the apartment: € 100,00)
